Biography: Harry Peasley
Harry Peasley has worked in Management and Human Resources for nearly
two decades. His experience in a broad range of work environments has
produced proven track records in developing high performance teams, demonstrating
management/leadership principles, and instituting systems that have achieved
and exceeded results. Extensive practical and classroom experience gives
Harry an edge highly sought after by large and small organizations.
In 1980, Harry worked at for large parcel delivery company for fifteen
years implementing parcel-loading processes, delivery routes, and always
"delivered" a high level of customer service. His ability to adapt to
new environments and quick-study mentality led him to a computer technology
company where he developed company-wide training initiatives in management/leadership
development, team building, personal empowerment, time management and
communications skills. Harry's career journey took a quick turn; moving
into the financial industry, where call centers and technology shaped
an ever-changing and fast-paced environment. Harry delivered company-wide
training initiatives that dealt with management/leadership issues, team
issues, working through ambiguity, work life balance, anti-harassment,
fair employment practices, diversity, new employee orientation, presentation
skills, career development and many other Human Resources initiatives.
Harry earned his Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from
Golden Gate University and graduated with High Honors. His approach in working with others is always met
with real life experiences and time-proven principles. As owner and principal
consultant of New Heights, Harry is able to utilize his passion and expertise
to help individuals, teams and organizations develop their full potential.
He has increased the abilities and attitudes of thousands with his customized
