About New Heights
Mission Statement
New Heights will deliver management/leadership coaching, organizational
consulting and customized training solutions, to help people and organizations
reach greater levels of achievement and success.

Integrity - We do what we say we're going to do - every time, no exceptions.
Honesty - We always look for opportunities to tell the truth.
Many times organizations don't tell the truth because "the truth hurts"
and in some instances, people don't want to hear it. New Heights is sensitive
to this possibility. We look at honesty as a development tool. Since Honesty
has elements of a person's perception, when we're not sure of the truth,
we'll take the time to find out more information. Our intention is to
always give recommendations to decision makers with our rationale and
let the decision maker make the final evaluation.
Helpfulness - It is our intent to always assist others for development
purposes.
Quality - We strive to always give our best, positively enhance
the bottom line, and working environment. We intend to always give quality
service and will not be compromised in our high standards. In some cases
it will be our mutual benefit to refer a client to an organization or
person better suited for specific needs.
Learning - People and organizations are created as dynamic, not
static and are meant to change. Continuous learning is a necessity to
maintain pace with the competition for organizations. New Heights believes
continuous learning is the only way to achieve New Heights.
Who Is New Heights?
New Heights was inspired and founded by Harry
Peasley. New Heights has enjoyed several happy and satisfied
participants.
