Consulting Needs Assessment

Before you make the decision to hire a consultant, please take a moment to complete our Organizational Needs Assessment. Each question is a yes or no answer and the entire assessment should take approximately 10 minutes.

Once you've completed the assessment, you will receive some "starting points." Our goal at New Heights is for you to create value in your organization. The ideas given after the assessment will enable you to begin making some positive gains in productivity and workplace morale. The information we gather will be informational only so we can continue to provide the best, and most up to date services available. It is for this reason we will not ask for any contact information from you. However, we do ask you to consider New Heights for your next workshop, Human Resources consulting or speaking engagement.
